Music executive Paul Okoye, known as Paul O, has raised concerns about the challenges that Afrobeat singers may face in 2024.

In a recent warning issued via his Insta stories, Paul revealed that apart from Burna Boy and Davido, other artists within the genre could encounter difficulties.

Paul O highlighted a potential issue with ticket sales, suggesting that some artists are struggling to sell tickets for their shows, possibly due to high ticket prices.

He urged fellow artists to take heed and adjust their pricing strategies to avoid a scenario reminiscent of the struggles faced by Reggae musicians in the past.

He stated, “2024 will be a tough year for Afrobeat!!! Apart from 2 artists this year, Burnaboy and Davido, they did a few shows.
