The National coordinator of Obidients Movement, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, has charged Nigerians and members of the movement with the work ahead of them following the entrance into a new year.
In a good will message released by Tanko, he stated that despite the challenges of 2024, he is pleased to wish Nigerians a prosperous and Joyous new year.
He pointed that on behalf of their founder, Peter Obi, the group is standing with sheer determination to uphold the great values of Nigeria.
Tanko in his message charged the youths that there is no better year to show the world how talented they are other than the year 2025.
He further reminded the group that they have two years to the general election, he therefore urged them to be patriotic, kind, excellent and push beyond their limit.
His message reads,”New Year Goodwill Message 2025: Rebuilding the Broken Walls of Nigeria. Standing on the threshold of 2025, with beckons of hope so glaring and beams of light so daring, First, we look back retrospectively, in gratitude for the victories of the so many battles won, reminiscing through the journey and where we currently are.
“As the clock strikes at 12 midnight 31st December and we bid farewell to year 2024, I would like to use this fora on behalf of Obidient Movement to wish you a joyous and prosperous New Year! With all the challenges in the year 2024.

“Secondly, on the plains of the ideals of our founding patriarchs HE Peter Obi, we arise as compatriots, with sheer determination, unwavering faith, unity and priceless purpose, we uphold the great virtues of our Nation.
“Herald! The emerging Nigeria, set to a trajectory of prosperity and genuine freedom. 2025 will be a year where every Nigerian will break out from obscurity, lending her potentials to the world, creating undiluted impact and solving global problems.
“To the youths, there’s no better year to prove that you’re the most talented on the surface of the earth, being frontiers of global movements, solving world problems, spearheading inventions and innovations that will put Africa on the spotlight, empowering the green white green apparel to soar so high, putting her on a new pedestal in the comity of Nations.
“To the elders, this is a time to make a statement; a positive one at that. It’s your time to command great value, exponentially increasing every sector of our economy and shared National life.

“We have two years to the General elections, from our community outreaches, town hall meetings, ward to ward sensitization, rural and urban mobilization, our Victoria must be Ascerta.
“Therefore, as we embark on this new journey for from reclaiming Nigeria for prosperity and greatness , let’s remember to;.
