A former spokesman to the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, Segun Showunmi, has hailed the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, for visiting Aare Afe Babalola in a bid to ensure the prompt release of embattled Dele Farotimi.
Showunmi expressed this via a tweet today while commending Peter Obi for his relentless effort to help the common man in Nigeria even after the last presidential election.
The PDP chieftain remains optimistic that a new Nigeria, as envisaged by every citizen, will become a reality, considering the efforts of patriotic citizens like Peter Obi.
