Nigerians have nominated Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri for the APC ‘Slave’ of the Year Award.
The nomination as seen in a social media post by a Political Analysts Omotayo Wiiliams (@KadunaResident) has sparked a wave of debate about loyalty and criticism in politics.
According to the post, the award is meant to recognize individuals who have demonstrated unwavering loyalty and dedication to the All Progressives Congress (APC), often at the expense of their own dignity and self-respect. Reno Omokri and Bayo Onanuga, both well-known figures in Nigerian politics, have been nominated for their perceived subservience to the party.
