The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has declared that he doesn’t regret supporting the administration of Bola Tinubu.
Wike made this known on Thursday during a Thanksgiving service organised by members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ahoada East LGA of the state.
Recall that in the buildup to the 2023 presidential election, Wike, who was governor of Rivers at the time, solicited votes for Tinubu—abandoning Atiku Abubakar, flagbearer of the PDP.
At the thanksgiving service, Wike promised to support Tinubu all over again if the opportunity presented itself.

“I have no regrets. I have no apologies. If the opportunity comes, I will do the same thing,” he said.
