Human right lawyer Inibehe Effiong has criticized Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun for saying that activism is not a profession.
Earlier on Friday, Egbetokun on his official X handle shared a post which reads,”Activism is not a profession….. beware of any activist who doesn’t have a profession.
Reacting to his post, Effiong on a post on his official X handle, said Nigerians should also beware of thugs parading as policeman adding that corruption and impunity are not the ways of decent people.
