VDM: Nedu Steps Down as Host of Honest Bunch Podcast

Chinedu ‘Nedu’ Emmanuel has stepped down as the host of the Honest Bunch Podcast.

In a statement on Thursday, Nedu pointed out intense scrutiny, antagonism, and baseless accusations as reasons for his departure, expressing that the situation had begun to take a personal toll on him.

“In light of recent events, I have made the difficult decision to step away from the podcast,” Nedu said.

He left after an episode of the podcast featuring comedian and reality TV star Deeone, who alleged that social media commentator Martins Vincent, also known as Verydarkblackman, is attracted to men.

“I have always been committed to honest conversations, but when those conversations lead to relentless attacks and misrepresentation, it becomes clear that stepping back is the best path forward,” said Nedu.

In response to this claim, VDM asserted that Nedu had been inviting him to the podcast since 2024 and even offered to buy him a car as an incentive to appear on the show.

He further claimed that Nedu repeatedly attempted to establish a close relationship with him.#Honest Bunch
