Peter Obi, the Labour Party 2023 presidential candidate, has donated N10 million to the Mater Misericordiae College of Nursing Sciences in Afikpo, Ebonyi State.
The announcement was made by Obi through a social media post, highlighting his continued commitment to advancing education, healthcare, and empowerment.
Obi praised the institution for its longstanding legacy in training healthcare professionals since its establishment in 1946.
During his address to students, he emphasized the growing global demand for medical professionals and encouraged the students to remain dedicated to their studies.
