Suspended Kogi Senator, Natasha, took her case to the global stage on Tuesday, seeking justice at the Women in Parliament session during the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) meeting at the United Nations in New York.

Following her speech, the Kogi Central lawmaker expressed concerns about her safety, alleging that there are indications she might be detained against her will in New York by “the powers that be” from Nigeria for speaking out on the issue at the international forum.
