Nigerian Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has released his fifth studio album titled ‘5ive’.
The 17-track project, which dropped on Friday, features collaborations with top international and local artistes including Chris Brown, Odumodublvck, Chike, Omah Lay, Becky G, Shensea, Victony, and Victoria Monet.
In anticipation of the album, Davido earlier released three singles: ‘Be There Still’, ‘Funds’ featuring Odumodublvck and Chike, and ‘Awuke’ featuring YG Marley.
‘Funds’ showcases Davido’s signature energetic delivery, with Odumodublvck’s gritty verses and Chike’s smooth melodies creating a vibrant blend.
On ‘Titanium’, Davido teams up with Chris Brown in a song that explores emotional vulnerability in romantic relationships. Another track, ‘Offa Me’ featuring Victoria Monet, takes on a sensual theme, while ‘Nuttin Dey’ highlights confidence and staying power in the industry.

‘5ive’ marks Davido’s return two years after the release of ‘Timeless’, which peaked at number two on Billboard’s World Albums Chart.
