Kittitian dancehall artist Byron Messia recently shared his admiration for the Grammy-winning Nigerian sensation, Burna Boy, following their collaboration on the remix of Messia’s track ‘Talibans,’ stating that he is gifted out of the world.
During a conversation on the Bootleg Kev podcast, Messia expressed awe at he’s extraordinary talent, describing it as “insane” and “out of this world.”
Messia revealed a fascinating insight into he’s creative process, emphasizing that the Nigerian artist doesn’t write songs in the studio.
According to Messia, he effortlessly crafted his verse for ‘Talibans II’ through freestyling during their collaborative session.

Reflecting on the experience, Messia conveyed, “Burna Boy did his verse on the song, ‘Talibans II’ in my presence. The session was fun and exciting. Burna Boy murdered that remix. The way he came up with that verse, mehn, this man is talented, gifted like out of the world, crazy, insane like insanely talented.
“He didn’t even write his verse. He didn’t stand in the studio boot for an hour. It was a crazy moment,” he added.
