The verdict on the appeals filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) challenging the election of Alex Otti has been reserved by the Supreme Court.
After hearing arguments from the involved parties, the five-man panel, headed by John Okoro, adjourned the proceedings for the issuance of judgments.
Previously, the Court of Appeal in Lagos had dismissed the petitions lodged by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Okey Ahiwe, as well as Ikechi Emenike of the APC.
