In the early hours of Saturday, terrorists carried out a new assault on the Dogon-noma community, located in the Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
This incident follows closely on the heels of another attack just three days ago, where one individual lost their life and eight women were abducted in the Banono Angwaku community within the same local government area.
Cafra Caino, a former chairman of the local government, verified the recent attack to our correspondent on Saturday.
He reported that the assailants descended upon the village around 5:45 am, wielding firearms and firing indiscriminately.
Caino said, “We are yet to get the number of casualties because the locals ran for their lives at the time the assailants invaded the community.
