An unidentified man was apprehended after being found in possession of a bomb at a bank in Dadin Kowa town, within the Jos South area of Plateau State.
Reports indicate that once the bomb was discovered on the suspect, an alarm was raised, leading to a swift response that prevented a potential disaster.
According to a security analyst, Zagazola Makama, the vigilant bank security personnel acted promptly upon noticing the suspect.
Following the incident, an angry crowd confronted the suspect and demanded immediate action, though he was eventually handed over to the police for further investigation.

A photograph accompanying Makama’s account depicted the bomb strapped to the suspect’s abdomen.
Authorities are yet to confirm any connections the suspect may have had with terrorist organizations.
