Senate President Godswill Akpabio has urged Nigerians to pray for Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, and to have patience, with assurances that the duo will bring prosperity and wealth to the nation.
Akpabio made this call when he addressed journalists in Maiduguri.
Also addressing recent report about the Senate proposing new aircraft for Tinubu and Shettima, Akpabio firmly denied such claims. “I never said that. I was actually in Zanzibar, Tanzania,” he clarified, distancing himself from the report.

Akpabio attributed the claims to “propagandists and fifth columnists” who, according to him, are determined to undermine the efforts of the government.
He urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in their support for the leadership, emphasizing that the administration’s actions are geared towards long-term benefits for the country.
“Be rest assured, pray for the government, have patience, and be assured that the combination of Tinubu and Shettima will bring wealth and prosperity to all,” Akpabio stated.
