The presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi, has arrived the venue of the funeral of late Nollywood veteran actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, in Enugu state.
An X user while sharing a video wrote: “Mr Peter Obi arrives at Amuri, Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State to pay his last respects to the late Nollywood actor, Chief John Okafor (Mr Ibu).”
Recall that in October 2023, reports had it that Mr Ibu was ill and required financial assistance.

However, in November 2023 his family confirmed that one of his legs had been amputated to keep him alive.
Sadly, the comic actor finally gave up the ghost on Saturday, March 2.
