The Chairman of Zenith Labour Party, Mr. Dan Anyanwu has accused the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) , Nyesom Wike of sending an assassin after him.
Dan made this disclosure on Wednesday in a video shared on Twitter.
Dan narrated his ordeal with the said assassin. He revealed that the assassin, Moses Emmanuel, met him in a Pastery shop where he went to hang out with his friend, Alhaji Aliyu.
In his words, “Mr Moses Emmanuel, this blood thirsty killer bravely confronted me at the Pastery Shop Transstop Hilton where I was having snacks and coffee with my friend Alhaji Aliyu.
” When he came he said he wanted to speak with me not having known him before I demanded to know what he wanted to speak to me about.
“He insisted he would like to speak with me and I offered him a seat to sit down.”

He continued, “He introduced himself as a brother to Chief Nyesom Wike and began a threat to my life, making reference to the television interview I granted where I expressed my personal views on the avoidable crisis in Rivers State which was being orchestrated and fueled by the followers of the former governor by incitement against the incumbent governor, Chief Siminalayi Fubara.”
“Most well meaning Nigerians and leaders has at various times since the crisis began expressed their views, concerns about the threatening explosion in that critical state of Nigeria, he acknowledged.
He further stated how he has never sat on the fence concerning any issues of national interest and he will continue to do so in issues bordering national unity and stability.
“I have in all my political life intervened to the best of my ability on any issue that is likely to dis-stabilize our fledging democracy.
“I have never sat on the fence where issues on national interest are concerned.
“In that manner, I raise my voice as I have always done in other issues that border on national unity and stability,” he said.
