Nigerian Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, representing Anambra South and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has passed away.
According to SaharaReporters, Ubah died in a hotel in London, United Kingdom, two days after arriving in the city.
His death was confirmed in a senators’ group chat, where members have been sharing tributes.
Just a few days ago, Ubah’s campaign council made a significant donation of N71 million to the APC in Anambra State, aiming to strengthen the party’s presence and influence in the area.
This donation included N50 million from Senator Ubah himself, reflecting his commitment to supporting the party and enhancing its operations in the state.
The Senate has not yet issued an official statement on his passing.
