Kamala Harris’s husband’s first marriage ended after he impregnated his children’s nanny.
Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff had an affair with the blonde nanny, who also worked as a teacher at their children’s expensive private school.
The woman, Najen Naylor, 47, did not deny the story when approached by DailyMail.com at her home in The Hamptons, New York. She declined to comment further, stating, “I’m kind of freaked out right now.”
A close friend with direct knowledge of the affair and pregnancy told DailyMail.com that Naylor did not keep the child. However, her social media shows a video of a baby girl named Brook in 2009, the year the baby would have been born.
Another friend, Stacey Brooks, who had twin boys around the same time Naylor was expecting, also did not deny the claims but said she would not provide further information without Naylor’s permission
The explosive news is reportedly causing panic in Kamala Harris’s campaign, just as she has surpassed Donald Trump in several polls and is intensifying her efforts to win over voters in November.
Emhoff, 59, and his ex-wife Kerstin, 57, ended their 16-year marriage in 2009 after she discovered the affair, sources said. Their daughter Ella was 10, and their son Cole was 15 at the time.
Sources claimed that following the affair, Naylor had to leave her job as a teacher at The Willows, an elite private elementary school in Culver City, California, where she taught the Emhoff children and also worked as their nanny.
Employment records obtained by DailyMail.com show that Naylor worked at The Willows in 2009.
A mother who sent her children to the school before 2009 said she was aware of the affair. Although she was disgusted by Emhoff’s actions, she only had positive words for Naylor, who had taught her children and nannied them on family vacations.
