In just 82 days until the 2024 U.S. presidential election, former President Donald Trump has issued a fiery warning to his supporters, accusing his political opponents of planning to “rig” the upcoming election.
In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Trump claimed that the reemergence of COVID-19 concerns is a deliberate ploy to justify lockdowns, censorship, and other measures aimed at manipulating the election.
Trump alleged that the push to revive COVID-related restrictions is a calculated effort to control the election process, echoing his long-standing grievances about the 2020 election.
“They want to restart the COVID hysteria so they can justify more lockdowns, more censorship, more illegal drop boxes, more mail-in ballots,”
Trump’s urges his followers to resist any future public health mandates. “We will not shut down our schools, we will not accept your lockdowns, we will not abide by your mask mandates, and we will not tolerate your vaccine mandates,” he said.

Trump concluded his speech with a vow to use every available authority to prevent any institution from imposing mask or vaccine mandates if he returns to the White House.
He promised to “cut federal funding” to schools, colleges, airlines, and public transportation systems that enforce such measures. Trump’s defiant tone and repeated cry of “WE WILL NOT COMPLY NO NO NO” encapsulate his strategy to galvanize his base and frame the 2024 election as a fight against government overreach.
His message was clear and emphatic: “SCAM!” “DO NOT COMPLY!” “WE WILL NOT COMPLY NO NO NO.”
