Massive Crowd of Voters Welcomes Peter Obi in Ekpoma, Edo Central After Delays Due to Bad Roads

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, received a massive welcome from a crowd of voters in Ekpoma, Edo Central, after arriving late due to poor road conditions.

His campaign tour earlier covered Edo North, where he visited Igarra, Akoko-Edo, Jattu, Uzaire, and Auchi before heading to Ekpoma, arriving at 7:11 p.m. despite delays caused by bad roads in the state.

Obi’s visit demonstrated his commitment to the people of Edo State, and in turn, the voters showed their unwavering support for him and the Labour Party.

His dedication to making it to Ekpoma, despite the challenges, was met with enthusiasm from the crowd.

During the rally, the atmosphere was filled with joy as Peter Obi urged voters to come out on September 21, 2024, and cast their votes for Labour Party’s governorship candidate, Olumide Akpata.

He emphasized the importance of exercising their democratic rights in the upcoming election.
