In the recent Edo State election, there has been an outcry over the voting results of Etsako East Local Government Area as 213 voters were accredited to vote by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC ), but the All Progressives Congress (APC) received 352 votes, a figure much higher than the number of registered voters.
This irregularity has raised questions about the transparency of the election, with many accusing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of manipulating the results. Some observers have gone as far as labeling INEC a criminal organization, questioning the fairness of the electoral process in the area.
