Veteran Nollywood actor Amaechi Muonagor has disclosed that he is suffering from a stroke and has made a public appeal for assistance.
He said that he didn’t publicly announce his condition because he didn’t realize it would last this long in a widely shared viral video on the internet.
He added, “I’m unwell. They hurried me to the hospital when this thing called a stroke caught up with me. I spent almost two months at the first hospital they hurried me to, in Nnewi, before being sent to Teaching Hospital Nnewi, where I am now.

“Ebele Okaro, Rita Edochie, Emeka Ani, and Patience Ozokwo were with me on a movie shoot. This issue started when I was ready to get into my car, and it has only gotten worse from there. I am unable to move or walk by myself at the moment. It is an issue for me because my left hand is immobile and half of my left leg is paralyzed.
“I’m requesting kindhearted people to come to my aid and inquire about how they might support me. My body is paralyzed in half.
