BREAKING: Alleged N110.4bn fraud: After Several Failed Arrest Attempts by EFCC, Court Issues Public Summons Against Yahaya Bello

Following the failure of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest the former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, a High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Maitama, has issued a public summons for him.

The court has directed Bello to appear on October 24 to face a new 16-count charge brought against him.

Justice Maryanne Anenih issued the summons on Thursday after an application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
