Dutch Court Orders Bill Gates to Face Trial Over Allegations of Misleading Public on COVID-19 Vaccine Safety

A Dutch court ruled on Wednesday that billionaire and global vaccine advocate Bill Gates must stand trial in the Netherlands for allegedly misleading the public about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic.

Seven plaintiffs, who claim they suffered injuries from the vaccines, have filed a lawsuit against Gates, former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch state itself.

According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the lawsuit, filed last year, accuses Gates of being one of the “experts” who made multiple claims about the experimental COVID-19 vaccines.

“We aren’t sure which vaccines will be the most effective yet, and each requires unique technology to make,” says Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

“That means nations need to invest in many different kinds of manufacturing facilities now, knowing that some will never be used. Otherwise, we’ll waste months after the lab develops an immunization, waiting for the right manufacturer to scale up,” Bill Gates said in his article written in the year 2020.

The plaintiffs argued that Bill Gates, through his work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), played a key role in a broad agenda known as “The Great Reset Project.”

This initiative allegedly aimed to exploit the global crisis to enforce significant societal changes, all under the pretext of addressing the pandemic.

The lawsuit claims that part of this agenda involved promoting vaccines that were known to be unsafe.

The plaintiffs further claimed they were misled into taking the dangerous injections, with devastating consequences. They allege that since receiving the vaccine, they have suffered from both physical and mental injuries.

According to the lawsuit, Gates made false promises about the vaccines, including claims that they would stop transmission, prevent illness, and eliminate the need for masks.

One of the seven plaintiffs has reportedly died since the lawsuit was filed, leaving six others to continue the legal battle against Gates and the other defendants. The plaintiffs, whose identities have been withheld from court documents, say they trusted the vaccine narrative and are now suffering the consequences.

According to reports, Bill Gates attempted to have the case dismissed, arguing jurisdiction issues as an American citizen, but the court rejected his effort.

Gates has been ordered to cover the plaintiffs’ legal fees of €1,406.00 ($1,518.44) within 14 days or face further penalties.

A new hearing is scheduled for November 27, 2024.

Back in 2020, through his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Gates warned that developing a COVID-19 vaccine was only part of the broader challenge in combating the pandemic.

He stated, “Multiple vaccines are currently in human trials, but we can’t predict which will be the most effective. Countries need to invest in various manufacturing facilities now, even if some ultimately go unused.”
