BREAKING: Manchester United Fires Ten Hag

Manchester United have dismissed Erik ten Hag from his role as manager after a string of poor results left the club in 14th place in the Premier League.

The decision, made by the club’s board, was communicated to Ten Hag on Monday morning, less than a day after United’s 2-1 defeat to West Ham at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Dutch manager, who had been with Manchester United for two and a half years, was let go following a disappointing season start, with only three wins from nine league matches.

The club has also struggled in the Europa League, currently standing 21st out of 36 teams.
