In a bid to spread Christmas cheer among his constituents, Alex Ikwechegh Mascot, a member of the House of Representatives representing Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency, has announced plans to distribute free petrol and kerosene on December 16, 2023.
Popularly known as “Onye ocha n’aba,” Representative Mascot’s initiative is set to take place at various designated fuel stations, including Chudex Global, Uche Evaris, Cymaxino, Fried Iyke, Oritzo, and Nesta Oil.
Starting at 10 am, constituents are encouraged to participate in the distribution at the specified fuel stations across the Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency.
The lawmaker’s media team confirmed the event, emphasizing its aim to share the festive spirit and extend goodwill to the community.
The announcement follows the recent affirmation of Representative Mascot’s election by the Court of Appeal, further solidifying his position as the elected representative for the constituency.
