Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has called on Nigerians to pray fervently to God amidst the increasing Naira to Dollar exchange rate.
Adeboye expressed his belief that the nation’s economy would face further challenges before experiencing improvement.
Addressing attendees during the February Thanksgiving Service themed ‘Let The Wind Blow’ at the Throne of Grace Parish, RCCG Headquarters in Ebute Meta, Lagos, on Sunday, February 4, Adeboye highlighted the earlier divine prediction of tougher times ahead.

He urged the congregation to pray wholeheartedly, emphasizing the uncertainty of how challenging the situation might become before improvement.
Adeboye drew attention to the significant devaluation of the Naira against the Dollar, underscoring the importance of seeking divine intervention.
He encouraged a heartfelt plea for mercy and swift divine intervention, recognizing the impact of economic fluctuations on the common people who have to navigate daily expenses.
Using examples of government officials insulated from some of these economic concerns, Adeboye stressed the need for earnest prayer, considering the prophetic message about the blowing wind at the beginning of the year.
He emphasized the inevitability of the challenges but encouraged the congregation to seek divine guidance and strength to navigate through the turbulent times.
