Ajuri Ngelale Resigns as Tinubu’s Media Adviser

Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity, has resigned from his position with immediate effect due to worsening health.

In addition his resignation, he has also relinquished his roles as the Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action and Chairman of the Presidential Steering Committee on Project Evergreen.

He disclosed his decision on Saturday, citing medical concerns as the primary reason for stepping down and after extensive consultations with his family regarding his deteriorating health.

In his statement, Ngelale explained that his health condition had worsened in recent days, prompting the need for him to step back from his role in the Bola Tinubu led Administration.

He expressed that the decision was not taken lightly but was necessary after careful consideration of his well-being and ongoing medical situation.

Ngelale further explained that he already sent a formal memo to the Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, notifying him of his resignation.
