Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has disclosed why the club opted not to sign Victor Osimhen last summer.
Following an outstanding season with Napoli, where Osimhen netted 26 goals in 32 appearances to help secure the Scudetto, the striker was linked with several top European clubs.

Despite losing their star forward Karim Benzema to Saudi club Al Ittihad, Ancelotti explained that signing Jude Bellingham has compensated for Benzema’s departure.
The Italian told Radio Serie A: “No (we didn’t sign Osimhen) because I think the club thought that Benzema’s absence could be remedied by purchasing (Jude) Bellingham.”
