Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the Labour Party’s vice presidential candidate in the 2023 election, has confidently asserted that Peter Obi will triumph over any opposition if another presidential election is held.
He made this statement during an interview with Arise TV, emphasizing that the legitimacy of every government is crucial for national growth.
Expressing his faith in the Nigerians especially the Obidients, Baba-Ahmed stated, “At any day, if there’s an election again, believe you me, they come out, we defeat them.”
He also criticized the 2023 presidential election, which saw Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu come to power, implying it was marred by fraud.
Datti added, “It is left for them to twist the constitution again, change the meaning of the English language, three-letter words, and declare by 4:00 AM.”
