APC Seeks Control of Abia, Enugu, and Anambra States – Ganduje

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday stated that the task before the Party was the conversion of Abia, Enugu and Anambra to APC-controlled States in the Country.

Ganduje said this during the APC South East Stakeholder’s Meeting at the Christian Ecumenical Centre, Abakaliki, and urged APC Party Stakeholders within the region to work in unison, for the overall interest of the Party and eventual takeover of the three remaining States of South East for APC.

He told the people of the South East that the APC as a Party has begun the implementation of its blueprint on the de-marginalization  of the South East zone, as it will enable the people of the region to benefit maximally from the present administration and gain access to the mainstream of National politics

According to him, all hands must be on deck in order for the vicious circle of marginalisation to be broken against all odds.

“For us to take over Enugu, Anambra and Abia States, we must unite and uphold internal democracy and understand the constitution of our Party. We will soon start electronic registration. We will examine each polling unit to know the one that has registered for APC.

“We urge you (Ebonyi) to continue with this vigour until South East is brought into that political limelight.”
