Again, Bandits Abduct Father, Three Daughters in Zamfara, Demand N100m Ransom

In a shocking incident in Zamfara State, bandits abducted Alhaji Sabiu Abdulkadir and his three daughters, Hadiza, Fateema, and Aisha, from their residence in Damba quarters, Gusau.

The kidnappers, who invaded the area last Tuesday, contacted the family on Saturday, demanding a ransom of N100 million for the safe release of the captives.

According to a resident of the community, identified as Aliyu, told Sahara reporters, that the family has been in negotiations with the bandits and is actively working on raising the substantial ransom amount.

The exact location of the captives remains unknown since the day of their abduction, with the family only communicating with the kidnappers through phone calls.

Aliyu stated, “The family only listen to their voices on the phone. Nobody knows their exact location since the day they were abducted. The money they demanded is much – N100million.

“But I heard the family has been working on how to raise the money and maybe to beg the bandits to reduce the price.”
