Renowned journalist and broadcaster, Oseni Rufai has revealed two decisions Chief Bola Tinubu took that have left Nigeria in disaster.
Rufai on his X handle on Saturday disclosed that floating the naira and removing fuel subsidy has put Nigeria in such a dire situation and being honest with Nigerians will help solve the problem.
He went further to highlight solutions to solving these two problems.
He wrote, “President Tinubu took two disastrous decisions that are very inflationary, floating the Naira and removal of subsidies. Except he makes moves to honestly address this situation, we will continue to suffer.”
He said the solutions to this problem is for Tinubu to be honest with Nigerians about subsidies and strategize on reworking the NNPC.
“Ensure food Production massively, stop crude oil theft and looks for ways to raise revenue, gas and other sectors,” he explained.

He emphasized the need to cut cost of governance and encourage food production in the country.
“Isn’t it time to stop the hike of rates, Rufai queried.
“Promote growth in the business sector, improve logistics of food distribution, use rail.”
Rufai further added the need to provides alternative energy systems and invest in cheaper mass transit.
“Let’s brainstorm,” he concluded.
