Eniola Ojajuni, the National President of the Afenifere Youth Council, has been freed after spending 12 days in captivity.
His release was confirmed in a post on his X handle on Saturday, March 1.
In his words: “We are eternally indebted to the people of Nigeria for their altruistic endeavors and contributions towards securing the safe release of my brother, Prince Eniola Ojajuni, from captivity. Your benevolence and support during this arduous period will never be forgotten.”
Ojajuni was abducted on Monday, February 17, while traveling to Abuja for a meeting.

During his time in captivity, a viral video surfaced where he pleaded for his release, disclosing that his kidnappers were demanding a ransom of N100 million and two tricycles.
