The Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led federal government has raised its proposal for a new national minimum wage to N62,000, while organized labor has lowered its demand from N494,000 to N250,000.
Despite these adjustments, the Tripartite Committee on the New National Minimum Wage has adjourned without reaching a consensus.
