Amidst economic hardship, kidnappings, and incessant killings since Tinubu assumed office on May 29, 2023, former President Muhammadu Buhari has lauded the achievements of Bola Tinubu, affirming that Tinubu has shown remarkable leadership.
He conveyed his sentiments during a meeting held with the Comptroller-General and key members of the management team of the Nigeria Customs Service in Daura, Katsina State.
Despite the prevailing economic challenges confronting the nation, Buhari expressed gratitude for Tinubu’s dedication and performance, recognizing the multifaceted nature of Nigeria’s problems.
In addressing the complexities of Nigeria’s current situation, He emphasized the limited options available to address these intricate challenges effectively.
Furthermore, Buhari urged Nigerians to endure the prevailing economic hardships while rallying support for the policies and initiatives of the present administration.
His words: “I thank you very much for coming. I very much appreciate it. I thought Tinubu has done very well.
”Nigeria is so complex. Really, there isn’t much anybody can do.”
