Nigerian music sensation Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has been announced as one of the performers at the upcoming 66th Grammy Awards.
The ‘African Giant’ artist will grace the stage alongside Luke Combs and Travis Scott, according to an official announcement from the Recording Academy.
Taking to their official X handle, the Grammy organizers shared the news, stating, “Attention: African Giant @BurnaBoy will take the #GRAMMYs stage on Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on @CBS.”
Burna Boy’s inclusion in the performer lineup adds to the star-studded list of artists, including previously announced names like Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa.
Notably, Burna Boy has received three nominations at the 66th Grammys. His nods include Best Melodic Rap Performance for ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World,’ Best Global Music Performance for ‘Alone,’ and Best African Music Performance for ‘City Boys.’ Fans and industry enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating his potential triumphs in these categories.
