Super Falcons star Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the 2025 International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) Women’s Best Goalkeeper Award, in recognition of her outstanding performances for both club and country.
Nnadozie, who began her professional career with Rivers Angels in Nigeria, has continued to shine on the global stage as the first-choice goalkeeper for Paris FC.

Her brilliant saves and leadership were instrumental in guiding the French club to victory in the 2025 Coupe de France Féminine.
On the international front, the 24-year-old was pivotal in Nigeria’s triumph at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco, where the Super Falcons clinched a record 10th continental title.
Earlier this year, Nnadozie also made history by finishing fourth in the 2025 Yachine Trophy rankings, becoming the first African and Nigerian goalkeeper to achieve that milestone.
The IFFHS (International Federation of Football History & Statistics) is expected to announce the winner of the Women’s Best Goalkeeper Award in December 2025.
