Justice Evelyn Anyadike of the Federal High Court in Ilorin has granted bail to the former governor of Kwara State, AbdulFatah Ahmed.
The bail conditions include a deposit of N50 million to the court and the provision of a surety with landed properties in Ilorin, among other requirements.
Until the bail conditions are fulfilled, Ahmed is expected to be held in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
