Nigerian businessman and socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has voiced his distress over the escalating cost of fuel, highlighting its impact on businesses and everyday life.
Chief Priest took to his Instagram story to lament the soaring fuel prices, emphasizing the significant impact on his expenses. ‘I just bought fuel at ₦1,000 per litre for my three cars, spending almost ₦300,000 to fill up. There is fire on the mountain,’ he said.
This comes amid ongoing fuel scarcity plaguing the country, with Nigerians enduring another round of suffering despite assurances from the Tinubu government that removing fuel subsidies would help regulate fuel prices.
