Diddy’s Jail Cell Allegedly Raided by US Federal Agents, Legal Documents Seized

The jail cell of American rapper Diddy was reportedly raided by US federal agents, who allegedly seized privileged materials, including the artist’s personal notes intended for his legal team.

According to Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, the confiscated items included notes intended for his legal team in preparation for his upcoming trial. Agnifilo has accused prosecutors of using the seized materials to ensure the artist remains in custody until his trial, scheduled for May.

In a document filed in Manhattan federal court, Diddy’s defense team argued that the seizure violated his Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights. The filing also demanded that prosecutors disclose who authorized the search and seizure of Diddy’s personal effects and legal paperwork.

“This search and seizure are in violation of Combs’ Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights,” Agnifilo stated in his submission to Judge Arun Subramanian.
