Don’t Donate Your Pension For Church, Mosque Building – Sanwo-Olu Tells Civil Servants

Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has advised about 2000 retirees from the state’s civil service who have received their contributory pension worth about N4.46 billion not to throw in the pension they’ve received into church or mosque building.

He gave the caution during the 105 batch of retirement bond certificate presentation ceremony to retirees in the state yesterday.

Sanwo-Olu further cautioned retirees not to use the pension to solve all the family problems that they are facing adding that the money is for them alone.
