Don’t Post Camp Activities On Social Media — NYSC DG Warns Corp Members

The Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Brigadier General Yushau Dogara Ahmed has charged corps members to desist from posting orientation camp activities on social media platforms.

The NYSC boss issued the warning while addressing corps members deployed to Osun State for the Batch B Stream I national service at the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Ede, on Friday.

Ahmed warned that the penalty for breaking the rule is decampment for such a corps member if caught.

In his words, “It is an offence to carry activities of the camp and post on social media.

“The penalty is that such corps members will be decamped.

“Respect other people’s opinions and thoughts, cultures, values and norms of the communities where you are deployed to serve,”he said.

General Ahmed however kicked against redeployment and relocation by serving corps members while advising them to stay where they are deployed and create path for themselves.
