Leaked DSS Memo Exposes Secret Police Orders for Immediate Arrest of Sowore Upon Arrival in Nigeria

A memo from the Department of State Services ordering the arrest of Omoyele Sowore, a Nigerian activist, has been obtained.

The memo obtained by SaharaReporters on Thursday states that authorities are to intercept and detain Sowore upon his arrival in Nigeria.

It was learnt that the directive, issued by the newly appointed DSS Director General, Adeola Ajayi, stemmed from his role in the recent 10-day #EndBadGovernance protests.
