EFCC Ignoring Politicians in Current Government with Heavy Corruption Files — Rufai Oseni Blasts Selective Justice

Journalist and broadcaster Rufai Oseni has called out the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over what he describes as glaring selective justice in Nigeria’s anti-corruption fight.

Speaking on Wednesday, Oseni questioned why politicians in the current government — whom he claims have “heavy corruption files” — are not being investigated.

“Once you join the ruling party, your sins are forgotten,” he said, accusing the EFCC of shielding powerful political figures while targeting opponents. His remarks have reignited public debate over whether Nigeria’s anti-graft war is truly impartial or simply a tool for political battles.

Is EFCC saying there are no persons in this government with heavy corruption files before they joined this government?
