An upheaval occurred on Monday afternoon in the Ire Akari Estate Area of Soka, Ibadan, Oyo State when a fire broke out at a furniture shop.
The fire reportedly started at approximately 3 pm, originating from one of the furniture shops in the vicinity.
Residents of the community are actively engaged in efforts to contain and prevent the further spread of the fire. At the time of reporting, the exact cause of the fire remains unknown.
Additionally, an X user identified as rosheethat shared a video capturing the intensity of the fire on social media, appealing for assistance.
In her post, she wrote, “Ire Akari Soka right now. Anybody that can help us.”
