The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) brought charges of fraud against Olu Agunloye, a former minister of power and steel.
On Wednesday, he appeared before the federal high court in Abuja and entered a plea of not guilty to the charges presented.
Subsequently, Agunloye has been temporarily detained at Kuje prison until the determination of his bail application would be granted.
