Rivers Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has expressed optimism that the ongoing feud between himself and his political godfather, Nyesom Wike, will be successfully resolved.
He made the assertion during his reception of a military delegation, headed by Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
The fight between the two political gladiators in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has since generated a heated debate on social media with many calling on Bola Tinubu to resolve the political difference between the duo.
Fubara, however, reassured the public that differences, if any, between them would be addressed.

Drawing an analogy of a father and son relationship, he stated, “For our dear state, I know everybody is wondering what’s going on and what’s not going on. We are okay; there is no problem”.
“If we have an internal issue, it will be resolved, and everything will go back to normal,” he added.
He also reaffirmed Bola Tinubu’s dedication to upholding peace and security, especially in preparation for the off-season elections scheduled for this month.
