Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo, a regional leader of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) in Plateau State, has accused the Nigerian government of concealing the scale of ongoing killings targeting Christian communities in the North.
In a video shared on Instagram by X user @ijeomadaisy, the visibly distressed cleric vowed to make public recent massacres he claimed the authorities were deliberately hiding from the world.
“Come and see pictures of genocides, including small children,” Reverend Dachomo said, standing beside images of victims.
“Very soon I will make a press release. I will present how small children are among those that are killed,” he continued.

He alleged that the Nigerian government had failed to respond to cries for help from attacked communities, accusing officials of “exposing citizens to Fulani terrorists” through their silence.
“I’ll present the recent killings that the Nigerian government doesn’t want the world to know,” he said.
“They are saying that I am opposing my own government, exposing them. Okay, are they not exposing us to Fulani terrorists? By refusing to come to our aid when we cry out? It’s exposing us,” he added.
The Plateau pastor condemned what he described as the government’s inaction in the face of repeated massacres in the region, saying officials “turn their face as if nothing is happening.”
In the same video, Reverend Dachomo also took aim at social commentator Reno Omokri, who recently dismissed reports of Christian genocide in Nigeria.
“The comrade, Reno Omokri, what is that his name? He came out and said there is no genocide like that in Nigeria. That man, I have cursed him already. He will never know peace down to the grave. The blood of people that have entered my brain, I transfer them, my head to his life,” he declared.
Reverend Dachomo, who earlier documented the Dogon-Nahawa massacre of 2010 that claimed 501 lives, has long campaigned for justice for victims of religious violence in Plateau State.
His latest outburst adds to growing criticism of Bola Tinubu’s administration, which has been accused of ignoring mass killings and downplaying reports of persecution against Christian communities across the country.
